About The Position

Accommodates guests of the hotel by performing various duties to ensure a positive guest experience. This role requires availability for evening and weekend shifts, specifically from 3pm to 11pm.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
  • Handles confidential information, including guest records, with integrity.
  • Promptly and effectively deals with guest requests and complaints.
  • Answers and routes calls, and takes guest messages accurately.
  • Manages cash drawer contents and transactions during the shift.
  • Maintains accurate records including cash flows, registration cards, and property walks.
  • Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration, and directions.
  • Assists with sales and marketing efforts as directed by the General Manager.
  • Offers and handles requests for wake-up calls.
  • Records pertinent guest information in the pass-on log.
  • Ensures the front desk, lobby, and common areas are clean and organized.
  • Performs laundry functions as directed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
