About The Position

The Fairway Inn & Suites, formerly known as Par 5 Resort, is now under new owners and new management and we are excited to add new team members to the resort! This property offers guests breathtaking views, picturesque fairways and a unique location in Mishicot, WI., which is just 35 minutes away from Green Bay. Join our Guest Services/Front Desk team! Ideal candidates for this role with have prior customer service experience, the ability to provide exceptional service, the ability to work independently, and the ability to problem solve. This position has the potential to be scheduled between the hours of 6am and 11pm, availability for weekends and holidays is required.

Requirements

Successful history as a front desk agent or related customer service experience.
Understanding of how to use hotel's Property Management Software (PMS) systems.
Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
Task-driven individual who is able to focus on the guest, ensuring complete satisfaction with each transaction/interaction.
Ability to maintain a composed, gracious and professional attitude.
Must be at least 16 years of age for most positions within our properties, however some may require a minimum age of 18 depending on responsibilities, hours, as well as local/state/federal laws.

Responsibilities

Represents the first point of contact with guests and handles all stages of a guest’s stay.
Accommodate and anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and professionally.
Acts as the information liaison for the property and guests using all communication avenues.
Serve as point of contact to up to date information regarding the hotel, area attractions, and events.
Process and collect payments, accurately adhering to all cashier procedures.
Maintain a clean and neat front desk area.
