The Front Desk Greeter is responsible for projecting a positive, welcoming image to members, visitors, and vendors. This role involves consistently meeting Shell FCU Service Commitments, the Shell FCU Employee Creed, and Shell FCU Service Distinctions. The position requires knowledge of and compliance with applicable rules and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, and completion of annual training. The Greeter must perform duties in compliance with Shell FCU policies, procedures, philosophy, and standards of performance. Key duties include greeting members, visitors, and vendors with a smile, offering directions, signing members into Better Lobby and providing wait times, and ensuring security protocols like removing sunglasses and hats are followed. The role also involves checking on members, offering refreshments, and contributing to a positive and high-energy branch environment. Maintaining awareness of the lobby and branch surroundings is crucial. Additionally, the position entails various administrative and clerical duties, working 40 hours per week plus overtime as needed, and adhering to a rotating opening, closing, and Saturday schedule. Collaboration with the Management team for sending reminders and updates, maintaining marketing materials, handling Credit Union popcorn days, and ensuring the branch lobby is clean and presentable are also part of the responsibilities. The Greeter will fill check stand supplies and marketing materials, receive and distribute packages, and may assist in training new greeters. Support for daily team responsibilities, including opening and closing procedures, balancing the coin machine, and potentially assisting with vault operations and inventory audits, is expected.
