About The Position

ImageCare Radiology is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Floater to join their team in Sussex. This role involves acting as a representative of ImageCare, interacting directly with patients, providing excellent customer service, and managing patient check-ins and necessary paperwork. The ideal candidate will be reliable, professional, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask. Experience in the medical field is highly preferred. The Front Desk Floater will be expected to travel between different sites within the Sussex Region and scheduled days will be based on department needs. All new hires must attend a first-day orientation at the Mount Olive office.

Requirements

• Reliably commute or plan to relocate to Newton/Sussex, NJ before starting work.
• Must be vaccinated with the MMR and the yearly flu shot.
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Nice To Haves

• Experience and knowledge of the medical field highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a representative of ImageCare, interacting directly with patients.
• Provide excellent customer service and patient care.
• Check patients in for their appointments.
• Provide all necessary paperwork upon arrival for appointments.
• Travel between different sites within the Sussex Region within close proximity.
