In this full-time, in-office role (Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm), you’ll oversee daily front desk operations while delivering a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders. Some overtime is required during the spring and fall busy tax season. The Front Desk & Firm Support role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. You’ll often investigate issues, track down solutions, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Working closely with your front desk counterpart and internal teams, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment while building skills that can grow into broader opportunities across the firm.
