About The Position

Interface with clients, potential clients and visitors at the front desk, train and supervise front desk, phone and data entry volunteers, and perform basic data entry activities for Prestonwood Pregnancy Center – Fort Worth (PPC-FW).

Requirements

• Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of a Bible believing and preaching ministry
• Pro-life in word and pro-love in action
• Some college, degree preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Basic to intermediate skills with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility to include approximately one evening per week, one Saturday per month, and PPC scheduled events
• Ability to work at a desk with a computer screen for extended periods of time, while occasionally performing physical activities requiring moving one’s whole body, such as walking, stooping, lifting, pushing/pulling a cart, and lifting up to 10 pounds without assistance

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support including typing, filing, report preparation and distribution, answering phones, and appointment scheduling
• Perform client follow-ups as scheduled
• Train and assist front desk volunteers, including onboarding and ongoing training
• Perform opening and/or closing duties at PPC locations
• Maintain cleanliness of center waiting room, client rooms and reception area
• Provide information, feedback, and suggestions to enhance client experience
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations, maintain client confidentiality
• Model excellence in all areas
• Other duties as assigned
