As our Front Desk Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, team-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in clinical support tasks
- Educated with a high school diploma/GED or higher (Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred)
Nice To Haves
- Previous dental or front office experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and provide a welcoming front office experience
- Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
- Collect payments and handle basic financial transactions
- Present treatment plans to patients
- Assist with light clinical support as needed (room turnover and sterilization)
