About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This person will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary front desk support during assigned hours
  • Greet visitors, manage calls, and support student and staff needs
  • Coordinate and execute event setup and breakdown (meetings, school events, PD, etc.)
  • Maintain shared spaces to ensure readiness and organization
  • Support logistics such as room scheduling, materials distribution, and internal communications
  • Assist with attendance tracking and data entry as needed
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the FOM and DOO
  • Ensure front office coverage and responsiveness throughout the day
