About The Position

Legacy Village of Salt River is hiring a Resident Services Coordinator to serve as a key point of contact for residents, families, guests, and team members. In this role, you'll help create a professional and welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily office operations and assisting community leadership with administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and providing exceptional service in a senior living environment.

Responsibilities

Welcome residents, families, visitors, and business partners as they arrive
Manage incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
Support administrative functions for community leadership
Assist with scheduling and calendar coordination

Help coordinate office supplies and general administrative needs
