About The Position

This position is the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and customers and directs them to the appropriate Armor contact to address their needs. He/she provides administrative support primarily to the Human Resources team as well as to other management personnel as needed.

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated past work experience utilizing high level of customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Answering telephone and directing calls to appropriate Armor personnel
  • Greeting visitors and vendors
  • Providing administrative support to Human Resources
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail
  • Running outgoing mail through postage meter
  • Sending employee information to Insurance agent for approval
  • Updating Insurance driver log
  • Scanning of documents as needed
  • Managing Employee Call In Log and sending out information to respective Supervisors daily
  • Being point person for reserving Corporate Vehicles use
  • Order Entry
  • Managing conference room scheduling conflicts
  • Managing Vendor and Front Lobby traffic
  • Daily cleanup of coffee station
  • Other duties as required by supervisor
