Front Desk Coordinator (Dental)
About The Position
Signature Smile is looking for an experienced, personable Treatment Coordinator to join our Florence team. This is a key patient-facing role for someone who loves building relationships, helping patients understand their treatment, and creating an exceptional experience from the front desk to the treatment room. You'll also work closely with our Office Manager to support the day-to-day success of the practice. At Signature Smile, we're looking for someone who can make patients feel comfortable, keep the day moving, and help our team deliver an exceptional dental experience.
Requirements
- Previous dental experience strongly preferred
- Confident discussing treatment, finances, and insurance with patients
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced practice
- A positive, team-first attitude with a passion for patient care
Nice To Haves
- Treatment coordination or dental front-office experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans and confidently review financial and payment options with patients
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment and help patients move forward with recommended care
- Coordinate scheduling and maintain productive provider schedules
- Support front-office functions including phones, check-in/out, payments, insurance, and patient records
- Assist the Office Manager with daily operations, reporting, and administrative needs
- Partner with doctors and the clinical team to deliver an outstanding patient experience
