ROOST Rainey Street is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Concierge to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, highly organized, guest-focused, and comfortable working independently overnight. The Overnight Front Desk Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for guests during overnight hours and is responsible for delivering a warm, personalized experience while ensuring the safety, security, and smooth operation of the property overnight.

Requirements

  • Previous hotel, hospitality, concierge, or guest service experience preferred
  • Comfortable working overnight shifts independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with hotel systems and basic computer programs preferred
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor during check-in and check-out
  • Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and thoughtfully
  • Monitor overnight property activity and maintain a secure environment for guests and team members
  • Complete nightly audit procedures and ensure accurate reporting and billing
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams regarding overnight issues or updates
  • Answer phones, emails, and guest communications in a timely manner
  • Assist with reservations, room assignments, and operational tasks as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas
  • Provide local recommendations and concierge-style service reflective of the ROOST brand
  • Handle guest situations with professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving skills
