Requirements

  • Experience with property management software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple phone lines and greet visitors professionally.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a front desk or concierge role.
  • Familiarity with property management operations.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones/greet visitors
  • Notify Residents of upcoming events
  • Keep record of all event flyers and/or important information
  • Make copies when needed
  • Assist Property Manager and Compliance Manager when needed
  • Ensure smooth communication with residents and timely resolution of needs or concern
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
  • Create Monthly Calendar of Events
