Requirements
- Patience, tact, and resourcefulness.
- Ability to deal with guest complaints effectively and seriously.
- Knowledge of the Park City and surrounding area and points of interest.
- Ability to maintain communication with all Hotel departments.
- Friendly, professional attitude.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all guest requests are met in a timely and sufficient manner.
- Serve as an information agent for area activities/events.
- Apply patience, tact, and resourcefulness in meeting guest demands.
- Welcome guests sincerely and make their stay as enjoyable as possible.
- Effectively and seriously deal with guest complaints.
- Serve as an information agent for hotel guests and handle their needs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Park City and surrounding area and points of interest.
- Make and confirm dining reservations for all hotel guests.
- Maintain communication with all Hotel departments.
- Demonstrate a friendly, professional attitude with all guests as well as fellow employees.
- Acknowledge owners and previous guests appropriately.
