Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Basic computer and math skills are required

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior cash handling is preferred
  • the ability to operate POS systems is strongly preferred
  • Flexibility to varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is strongly preferred
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy, confidence, and professionalism is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently and effectively check guests in and out, provide information about property events, understand guest requests and respond to guest needs.
  • Process guest payments and accounts upon checkout in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner aligned with internal controls.
  • Answer internal and external calls in order to answer questions, direct calls or provide general information.
  • Operate AS/400 hotel computer system, credit card machine and other office equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
