About The Position

To be an Ambassador for Cove Communities and Point Sebago at all times by choosing your attitude each day and committing to a culture of service, hospitality, and accountability. To treat all internal and external customers with respect and embrace your role as a problem solver who is committed to continual improvement and exceeding guest expectations by living Cove’s Core Values. Ability to wash and gas up golf carts in all-weather to have ready for guests upon arrival. Greet & welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Perform all check-in and check-out tasks. Provide information about our resort, available sites, rates & amenities. Upsell additional facilities and services. Willing to rotate and cover shifts at Guest Hub Post charges to room and receive card & cash payments. Assist guests with resort services, including phone calls. In advance of guests’ arrival, will prepare reports and create check in packets. Will keep Manager apprised of any issues or incidents that occur and may need to be acted upon. Will count drawer at the beginning and end of each shift. Provide deposit bags to accounting at end of shift. Inform guests of golf cart policies and assign carts when necessary. Accomplish any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must possess superior customer service skills.
  • Nights and Weekends are a Requirement.
  • Have the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and guests.
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must have working knowledge of computerized reservations systems.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to sustain all temperature climates.
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs
