We are looking for a Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Hilton Vacation Club Rancho Manana in Cave Creek, AZ. In this position, you will ensure every interaction with an owner or guest is a positive and memorable experience from the time they arrive on the property until they depart. Requirements

Proficient English language
Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties to meet organizational deadlines and demands.
Minimum 1 Yr Guest Service experience.
Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Welcoming and greeting Owners and Guests.
Checking Owners and Guests in and out, following all standards and requirements.
Performing all transactions related to an Owner or Guest stay.
Provide Inspired Hospitality and assist owners and guests with special requests to ensure memorable experiences.
Use empowerments to resolve and follow up on owner and guest challenges to Make It Right.
Exemplify our Hilton Values: Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, Now.
Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders, contact respective departments, and follow up to ensure satisfactory completion.
Prepare and maintain a clean and fully stocked work area.
Responding to Owner and Guest calls, inquiries, and requests in person, via phone and/or via text message.
Other duties as assigned.
