As a Front Desk Agent, you would be responsible for ensuring that every interaction with an owner or guest is a positive and memorable experience while checking them in and out of the property and responding to their requests. This role involves inputting information into a computerized reservations system, accessing it to resolve availability issues, and assisting guests with reservations or changes. The agent will also generate invoices, collect payments for rentals and merchandise, maintain safety deposit boxes, and handle housekeeping and maintenance requests. Additionally, the role requires preparing and restocking the front desk with supplies, preparing arrival packets, providing information on local attractions and resort amenities, and typing correspondence and reports for management as needed.
