About The Position

HTECH is a growing technology company providing software, websites, AI-powered solutions, ticketing platforms, golf course management software, and custom applications to businesses across the country. We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused professional to serve as both the face of our office and a key contributor to our business development efforts. The Front Desk business development coordinator serves as both the first impression of HTech and a key contributor to the company's sales growth efforts. This hybrid role combines front office administration with outbound business development responsibilities. The individual will greet visitors, manage incoming communications, support office operations, and actively generate new business opportunities by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team. This position is ideal for a highly organized, energetic, and personable individual who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in building a long-term career in technology business development.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.
  • Greet and assist guests arriving at the office.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls.
  • Monitor and respond to general company inquiries.
  • Coordinate conference room schedules and visitor logistics.
  • Assist with mail, deliveries, and office organization.
  • Support day-to-day administrative needs across departments.
  • Help maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
  • Research and identify prospective clients that fit HTech's target markets.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-up activities.
  • Generate interest across HTech's products and services.
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for Sales Executives.
  • Maintain accurate prospect records within CRM systems.
  • Track outreach activity and appointment metrics.
  • Support conference and event follow-up campaigns.
  • Assist with lead generation initiatives across multiple industries.
  • Serve as a friendly and professional representative of the HTech brand.
  • Assist with directing inquiries to appropriate internal teams.
  • Support customer communications and outreach efforts.
  • Help maintain positive relationships with clients and community partners.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
  • Participate in sales campaigns and pipeline development initiatives.
  • Support special projects as assigned.
