As the Front Desk & Business Development Coordinator, you'll serve as the welcoming face of HTech while also playing a key role in supporting company growth. You'll create exceptional experiences for visitors, clients, and partners while proactively identifying prospective customers, conducting outreach, and helping generate new business opportunities for our sales team. This position offers valuable exposure to both business operations and technology sales, providing a strong foundation for future career advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.
  • Welcome and assist guests arriving at the office.
  • Answer, direct, and manage incoming phone calls.
  • Monitor and respond to general company inquiries.
  • Coordinate conference room schedules and visitor logistics.
  • Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and office organization.
  • Support administrative needs across multiple departments.
  • Help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.
  • Research and identify prospective clients within HTech's target markets.
  • Conduct outbound phone calls, emails, and follow-up activities.
  • Generate interest in HTech's products and services.
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for Sales Executives.
  • Maintain accurate prospect information within CRM systems.
  • Track outreach activities, appointments, and pipeline metrics.
  • Support conference, trade show, and event follow-up campaigns.
  • Assist with lead generation efforts across multiple industries.
  • Represent the HTech brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Direct inquiries to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Support customer communications and outreach initiatives.
  • Help foster positive relationships with clients, partners, and community organizations.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
  • Participate in sales campaigns and pipeline development initiatives.
  • Support special projects and company initiatives.
  • Share customer and prospect feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experiences.
