The Front Desk Attendant reports directly to the Assistant General Manager and is responsible for greeting and checking in guests, handling guest requests, answering internal/external calls, taking reservations over the phone, running shift reports & balancing cash drawers, properly executing daily closing reports, and assisting other departments with guest needs including communicating issues to department supervisor.
