About The Position

Responsible for performing customer support and service tasks within a community club setting to support daily operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Customer Service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Point of Sale software.

Nice To Haves

  • Office or Hospitality Industry Experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and answer phones at the front desk. Take accurate messages with details for manager.
  • Account for correct money transactions and cash drawer.
  • Book space for clubs and organizations.
  • Log and handle all paperwork and keys accurately.
  • Be knowledgeable of and make reservations for bus tours.
  • Follow rental procedures for center equipment.
  • Support special events and programs including setup and breakdown of events. Some janitorial duties may be included.
  • Monitor usage of facilities. Enforce rules and regulations.
  • Assist the Recreation Department with special projects, reports, and inventories.
  • Ensure all forms and waivers are properly signed by customers and filed.
  • Ensure that the center and equipment are kept clean.
  • Notify Assistant Manager of Events and Program Sales of any changes, conflicts, repairs, and maintenance issues at the center.
