About The Position

The Front Desk Attendant is the first point of contact for all initial inquiries by clients and associates needing to be directed to services within the unit. This role provides hospitality reception services to camp residents, coordinates with other camp departments for room maintenance, and ensures data accuracy in the system regarding resident information, requests, and availability. The attendant also completes daily and period reporting and performs other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service and reception experience in a fast-paced demanding environment.
  • Diploma in hospitality and hotel management.
  • Exceptional customer service attitude and experience.
  • Proven time-management and organization skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Previous remote camp work in Food & Support Services

Responsibilities

  • Provide hospitality reception services to the camp residents.
  • Coordinate with other camp departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure all rooms are clean and well maintained.
  • Ensure data stored in the system is current with respect to resident information, resident requests, room availability, check in/checkout information, as well as housekeeping/maintenance work orders.
  • Complete daily and period reporting for management and clients.
  • Perform other administrative duties and functions as required.
