About The Position

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for all members and guests. They will be responsible for building connections and relationships with our members while providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in a hospitality, fitness, or related industry is preferred.
- Passion for fitness and a genuine desire to help others succeed on their fitness journeys.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for providing exceptional service to members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Greet all members and guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Build strong connections and relationships with members to foster a sense of community.
- Act as a fitness concierge, assisting members in achieving their fitness goals by promoting and suggesting appropriate fitness services.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and locker rooms to uphold the club's standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as member check-ins, registration, and answering phone calls.
- Provide information about club facilities, programs, and services to both members and prospective members.
- Handle member inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all members.
