About the role HealthFitness is looking for a dependable Front Desk Attendant to support the fitness team at our corporate client site in Spencer, Indiana . This is an on-call role , ideal for someone seeking flexibility and willing to step in as needed to cover shifts when regular staff are unavailable. Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service experience a plus.
