About The Position

HealthFitness is looking for a Front Desk Attendant to join the fitness team at our corporate client site located in Maple Grove, Minnesota (MN). This is an on-call/substitute position working on an as needed basis when regular staff members are unable to work (no weekends). Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience a plus.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
