Greet and assist all visitors, vendors, staff, and members with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. Promptly notify the appropriate party via phone, email, and/or Teams of arrival of visitor, vendor, or member. Creates a positive first impression by maintaining a welcoming front desk and reception area. Answers internal incoming calls, emails, and messages and responds to general questions or directs inquiries to the appropriate person or department. Assist visitors, vendors, and/or members with check-in procedures, visitor logs, badges, or other process as needed. Receives all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Notifies appropriate person/department of arrival. Monitor the lobby and front desk area to ensure they remain organized, presentable, inviting, and secure by following safety procedures. Handle concerns, questions, or minor issues with patience, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset and escalate to the appropriate party. Perform other duties as assigned by Human Resources Manager, Chief Risk Officer, or President.
