About The Position
HealthFitness is looking for a friendly, reliable Front Desk Attendant to join the fitness team at our corporate client's fitness center in St. Paul, Minnesota. This is an on-call/substitute role, stepping in as needed to ensure a welcoming experience for members. The Front Desk Attendant will greet, check-in and assist customers. They will provide program information, services, membership details and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service experience a plus.
