About The Position

Bowie Barker is hiring Front Desk Associates for its West Hollywood and Culver City shops. Bowie Barker is a modern dog bath and barber offering DIY washes and full-service grooming in a clean, elevated space with app-based booking. The Front Desk Associate helps shape the customer experience and works closely with the back-of-house team to ensure dogs leave clean and happy while maintaining high standards of safety, communication, and service. The role is suited to someone who loves dogs, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional care and results. The hourly rate is $19.50. Responsibilities

Create great experiences for dogs and their humans.
Promote memberships, services, and products that benefit dogs.
Maintain a clean and safe environment.
Answer guest questions and educate them about pet care.
Safeguard guest financial data.
Acknowledge and greet every dog and human entering and leaving the shop.
Assist in all areas of operation as requested by management.
Communicate to management any staff or guest occurrences that require attention.
Show love and enthusiasm for dogs.
