About The Position

The Front Desk Associate will oversee front desk operations and serve as the primary point of contact for guest and teammate inquiries and issues. This role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, supporting and training new team members, resolving guest concerns, and assisting with daily tasks such as event sheet distribution, business center support, and maintaining the lobby's appearance. Requirements

  • Customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to use hotel systems with confidence.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods.
