Full-Time Front Desk Associate
About The Position
ImageCare Radiology is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Associate for their Denville office. All new hires must attend a first-day orientation at their Mount Olive office before reporting to their assigned work location or training site. The Front Desk Associate will represent ImageCare, interacting directly with patients to provide excellent customer service and patient care. Responsibilities include checking patients in and providing necessary paperwork for their appointments. The ideal candidate should be reliable, professional, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Experience and knowledge of the medical field are highly preferred.
Requirements
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work to Denville, NJ.
- Must be vaccinated with the MMR and the yearly flu shot.
Nice To Haves
- Experience and knowledge of the medical field highly preferred.
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Act as the representatives of ImageCare, interacting directly with our patients and providing excellent customer service and patient care.
