About The Position

This is a part-time role at the Kansas City Embassy Suites. The Front Desk Associate will oversee front desk operations, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, support and train new team members, resolve guest issues, and manage daily tasks such as event sheet distribution, business center support, and lobby upkeep. The role emphasizes customer service, problem-solving, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and teammates.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Tech savvy enough to use hotel systems with confidence
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet
