About The Position

As a Front Desk Associate at our new Gold's Gym Buckhead flagship, you'll be the first face members see — and a key part of the premium experience that sets us apart. Full-time and part-time positions are available. HELIX2 Fitness & Spas, Inc. is a fast-growing health and wellness company operating across multiple brands: Massage Envy Franchises: 11 locations across Dallas/Fort Worth and Austin, TX. Gold's Gym Franchise: expanding across the Atlanta metro, with plans for 10+ gyms in the coming years — Buckhead is our new flagship. Athletic Apparel Brand: Live Evolutionary, our in-house activewear line. We're on a mission to build strong teams, strong leaders, and strong communities through fitness.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Warm, clear communication; comfort with POS and basic computer tools; dependable and punctual.
Upbeat, people-loving, and reliable, with availability across mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

Customer-service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred; no gym experience required — we'll train the right attitude.

Responsibilities

Greet every member by name and deliver a friendly, five-star check-in.
Answer questions, handle calls and inquiries, and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
Keep the front desk, lobby, and common areas spotless and stocked.
Support club-wide cleanliness standards that drive our NPS on Cleanliness.
Book tours, support membership sign-ups, and refer prospects to the sales team.
Handle POS, retail, and supplement sales.
Complete light administrative tasks accurately and follow club procedures and safety protocols.
