About The Position

The Front Desk Associate role at the Phoenix Glendale Renaissance hotel involves overseeing front desk operations, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and serving as a primary point of contact for guest and teammate issues. This position also includes supporting and training new team members, managing daily tasks such as event sheet distribution and business center support, and ensuring the lobby is guest-ready. Requirements

  • Customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to use hotel systems with confidence.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods.
