About The Position

The Front Desk Associate role at Concord Embassy Suites is a full-time position responsible for overseeing front desk operations. This role involves being a key problem-solver for guests and team members, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously, and supporting the training of new front desk staff. The associate will also be tasked with resolving guest issues professionally and managing daily tasks such as event sheet distribution, business center support, and maintaining the lobby's appearance.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience with people skills and patience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to use hotel systems with confidence.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods.
