About The Position
Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking Front Desk Associates to join their team. The Front Desk Associate plays a critical role in ensuring customers have an outstanding experience. The ideal candidate is energetic, passionate, and motivated by success, with excellent customer service skills. The spa offers various shifts to accommodate busy schedules, supporting both full-time and part-time employment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years old or older
- Exceptionally organized and great attention to detail
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities
- Meet membership sales goals
- Have detailed knowledge of the menu of services
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, building lasting relationships

- Bring a positive and energetic attitude
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
- Perform various other duties as assigned
