About The Position
Live Love Relax is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Associate to join their growing massage therapy practice. This role is crucial as the first and last impression clients have of the company. The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys making others feel cared for, notices details, and possesses a warm demeanor. The company emphasizes a personal, authentic culture over a corporate one, fostering a strong sense of community among its team members.
Requirements
- Available Tuesday, Thursday AM (remote) & Saturdays — hours vary (approx. 1pm–6pm)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of strong customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Google Suite and Square (or similar checkout software)
- Prior scheduling experience required
- Comfortable with client outreach; calls, texts, and emails
- A genuine passion for health & wellness
- Courteous, professional demeanor (tattoos and piercings welcome here)
- Creates a safe, inclusive space for people of all ages, genders, and backgrounds

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with a genuine smile and warm demeanor.
- Answer calls, respond to texts and emails.
- Share expertise about therapists, services, and products.
- Help clients find what they need and resolve concerns with grace.
- Manage scheduling appointments.
- Process client check-ins and payments.
- Maintain accurate client contact information and service history.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies.
- Keep the environment tidy, professional, and welcoming.
- Support marketing and promotional efforts.
- Assist with off-site events.
- Help shape culture-building activities.
