Responsibilities
- Greet and assist families with a smile
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person
- Provide support with sign-ups and scheduling
- Keep our space tidy and organized
- Help with inventory and computer tasks
- Be a team player and bring that positive energy every day
- Cross-train as a class instructor as an as needed fill in basis
