About The Position

Live Love Relax is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate to join their growing massage therapy practice 3-4 days a week. The role involves being the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, excels at customer service, and contributes to a positive and supportive environment. This position offers the opportunity to receive a complimentary massage monthly and become familiar with the practice's services.

Requirements

• Available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (afternoon-evening) & EO Saturdays hours vary (11:30-6pm)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of strong customer service experience
• Working knowledge of Google Suite & Square checkout
• Prior scheduling experience
• Comfortable with client outreach (Calls, texts & emails)
• A passion for health & wellness
• Courteous, professional demeanor
• Holds a safe space for people of all ages, genders, and races

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients to the practice with a smile.
• Answer client calls, emails, and texts.
• Share expertise about therapists, services, and products.
• Resolve client concerns.
• Manage client appointments.
• Check in clients and process payments.
• Maintain accurate client contact information and service history.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies.
• Keep the office tidy and professional.
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities.
• Assist with planning off-site events.
• Assist with hosting culture-building activities for the team.
