You’ll be the first and last impression for every guest—handling check-ins, problem-solving, and delivering top-tier service with confidence and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (hotel systems experience is a plus)
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
  • Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records and follow cash handling procedures
  • Ensure lobby and front desk areas are clean and organized
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Follow all brand standards and company policies
