You will answer phones promptly and professionally, sort mail with accuracy, manage deliveries, and assist residents and guests with a friendly, solutions‑focused approach. Your role is essential in fostering trust, building relationships, and enhancing the overall experience within our vibrant community.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities with a warm, welcoming demeanor
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English
• Strong multitasking skills to manage calls, mail, and deliveries efficiently
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing information
• Friendly, positive attitude that fosters trust and engagement
• Adaptability and problem‑solving skills in a dynamic environment
• Subject to Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida law.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones promptly and courteously
• Sort and distribute mail with accuracy
• Manage deliveries and ensure smooth handling of incoming items
• Provide exceptional customer service to all community members
• Assist with inquiries and help resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
• Support a welcoming, resident‑centered environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
