Ocean Place Resort & Spa is looking for an energetic, professional, and hospitality-driven Front Desk Agent to join our Evening (PM) Shift Team (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). As the face of our resort during one of our busiest times of day, you'll play a key role in creating memorable first impressions, resolving guest needs, and ensuring every stay is exceptional. Requirements
- Previous hotel front desk experience required.
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Comfortable using computers and hotel management systems.
- Ability to multitask while remaining calm under pressure.
- Positive attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding guest service.
- Available to work 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and provide exceptional service from arrival through departure.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and questions about the resort and surrounding attractions.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism while creating positive guest experiences.
- Promote hotel amenities, upgrades, and special offers when appropriate.
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Complete end-of-shift reports, bucket checks, and required documentation.
- Maintain brand standards while delivering personalized service.
