We are seeking a professional, service-driven Front Desk Agent to serve as the face of our hotel and deliver seamless, memorable experiences from arrival to departure. This role is ideal for someone who is polished, attentive, and passionate about delivering thoughtful, detail-oriented service. About the Role As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a key role in shaping each guest’s stay while supporting daily front office operations. You will welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out, verify billing details, and assist with reservations, including modifications, extensions, and upgrades.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of front desk or guest services experience, preferably in a luxury hotel
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Experience with hotel systems and Microsoft Office
  • Professional demeanor with a guest-first mindset
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Hospitality-related certification or degree
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
  • Frequent use of computer systems and standard office equipment

Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and effectively
  • Share knowledge of hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience
  • Verify reservations, billing details, and payment methods
  • Assign rooms and manage inventory according to hotel standards
  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
  • Assist with creating and modifying reservations
  • Promote room upgrades and hotel services when appropriate
  • Coordinate dining, transportation, and local experiences
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, bell services, and other departments
  • Manage guest communications, calls, packages, and special requests
  • Follow all cash handling, privacy, and operational procedures
  • Support daily balancing and additional front office tasks as needed
