About The Position

Stratton Amenities is a hospitality services company providing luxury, hotel-style front desk and concierge services for upscale apartment and condominium communities. We are seeking a Part-Time Weekend Front Desk Agent to support high-end residential properties in the Dallas area. This position is ideal for a polished, service-driven professional who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment and delivering consistent, high-quality service to residents and guests. The Front Desk Agent plays a key role in first impressions, daily operations, and overall resident satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in hospitality, concierge, front desk, customer service, or luxury retail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and guest service abilities
  • Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards required
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in luxury residential, hotel, or high-end customer service environments
  • Proven ability to deliver consistent, elevated service

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain front desk operations and ensure a polished lobby presence
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to resident requests
  • Answer phones, take accurate messages, and communicate effectively
  • Log, track, and distribute resident packages accurately
  • Monitor lobby activity and surveillance systems to support property safety
  • Conduct routine property walks to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Interact professionally with vendors, contractors, and delivery personnel
  • Complete reports and perform other duties as assigned
