Front Desk Agent - Part Time 11pm - 7am Shift
About The Position
The Forum is a non-profit, Christian-based organization that provides ministry lodging, conferencing, and office space. We are looking for Front Desk Agents to join our team. This role is responsible for representing the ministry with a positive and professional attitude and taking care of guest requests at the front desk/reception. The position requires the ability to understand the tasks performed by a telephone operator, a reservation agent, a concierge, and a housekeeper. Maintaining professionalism at all times, demonstrating courtesy and respect to guests and co-workers, and the ability to multi-task and handle stress in busy seasons are essential.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Ability to work with computers.
- Ability to perform accurate functions using a calculator.
- Ability to communicate, verbally, and in writing, effectively with guests and co-workers.
- Ability to understand the tasks performed by a telephone operator, a reservation agent, a concierge, and a housekeeper.
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to multi-task and handle stress in busy seasons.
Nice To Haves
- Previous front office or hotel experience.
