The Front Desk Agent should be impeccably mannered and discreet. This role involves greeting visitors, verifying and providing guided access to units, and acting as the gatekeeper of the residences. The Front Desk staff will have experience working in customer service with the ability to interact positively with individuals and take initiative in providing a high level of resident service and support. The Front Desk Associate will also be responsible for roving the building premises and package handling for residents.
