The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing superior guest services, including courteously and efficiently checking hotel guests in and out, processing all payments according to established hotel requirements, and providing information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner. This role requires availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. The agent will also handle guest complaints to ensure satisfaction, process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements, adhere to payment, cash handling, and credit policies/procedures, and generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel. Additionally, the agent will resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping and perform other duties as assigned.
