The agent must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures, and work well in stressful, high-pressure situations. Effective listening, conflict resolution, and clear communication skills are essential. A strong desire to serve all guests is paramount. The role involves standing for long periods, operating office machinery, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, and visually observing details. The work environment is typically moderately noisy with phone ringing and communication between colleagues and customers.
