About The Position

Come join our award-winning team as a Front Desk Agent at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in beautiful Sugar House. Position is part-time, Saturdays & Sundays, shifts are 7am-3pm. Guaranteed 16 hours per week. No experience required, but Stay PMS knowledge is a PLUS!

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must present self in a professional manner regarding dress and grooming

Responsibilities

• Responsible for greeting and serving all guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Organize, confirm, process, and conduct guest check-ins/check-outs
• Ensures the safety and security of our guests and associates
