About The Position
As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for all residents, visitors, and clients. You are expected to provide professional, courteous service while maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment at all times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in customer service, concierge, or front desk roles preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet all residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain front desk coverage at all times unless properly relieved.
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all visitors are signed in and accounted for.
- Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries accurately.
- Communicate effectively with management, staff, and residents/tenants.
- Report any safety concerns, maintenance issues, or incidents immediately.
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and presentable.
